Where we ship

We ship within the United States only for now. Orders ship from Boca Raton, Florida.

In-stock items ship within 2 business days. You get a tracking number by email the day the package leaves.
Pre-order items ship by the date shown on the product page and at checkout, within 30 days of the order.
In-stock and pre-order items in one order are shipped as they become ready, for one shipping charge.

Tools that contain lithium-ion batteries ship by ground within the US only.

If the package arrives damaged, send photos of the box and the item within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
