This policy describes how KochevPro ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit this store or make a purchase.
What we collect
- Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the items you buy. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Device information: browser, IP address, time zone, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
How we use it
- To process orders, charge payments, ship packages and send order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with services that help us run the store: Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders (see Shopify's privacy policy at www.shopify.com/legal/privacy); payment processors; shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the package; and analytics tools. We may also share information to comply with the law, a subpoena or a lawful request, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The store uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that help us see how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout may then not work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
