Who we are
KochevPro is an online store based in Boca Raton, Florida, selling tile and construction tools to customers in the United States.
Products and prices
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout. We try to describe every tool accurately, with specifications checked on arrival, but errors happen. If we find a pricing or description error after you order, we contact you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel the order. Product photos may differ slightly from the item delivered; the size, material, shank and arbor stated on the product page are what we guarantee.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the order is for resale. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is charged in full at checkout. The ship-by date is shown on the product page and at checkout. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. If we cannot ship by the stated date, we notify you promptly and you choose a new date or a full refund.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.
Tool use and safety
The tools sold here are for use by people who know how to use them. Always follow the maximum speed (RPM) marked on blades, bits and pads and the instructions of your power tool; use eye, ear and respiratory protection; keep guards in place; and make sure a blade or bit matches your tool before mounting it. You are responsible for using the products safely, lawfully and for their intended purpose. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or use with tools or materials the product is not rated for.
Warranty
Items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery, as described in our Refund policy. Beyond that, products are sold as is, without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, it is between you and the manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or this store is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost work time or damage to materials.
Content and intellectual property
Photos, videos, text and the KochevPro name on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission. Third-party brand names shown on products belong to their owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
